Working Dogs
The dogs underneath are the dogs that run tours for us. Some only short tours, because it is their first season, or it might be their last, but most of them are running all the tours we offer. You will definitely meet them when you come to visit us. For now, you can scroll down and meet our teammates.

Akki
Rémi's Leaddog
Born: 2012
Male
This friendly guy will always ask for your attention, to show you what a clown he can be. But once in the harness he is totally focussed on his job leading the whole team through the white desert. Most of the time with his teamleader Bamse. Father of Kira and Kuosko and brother to Ayla and Akela.
Sponsor: Diana Drewel

Angus
Teamdog
Born: 2013
Male
This enthusiastic guy is full of life and a hardworking sleddog. In his free time he still has a lot of energy and likes to play with everything. Due to his sprint dog background, he isn`t really blessed with a lot of fur, so he loves his warm jacket when temperatures drop.
Sponsor: Rainer Hiss

Bilbo
Petdog
Born: 2011
Male
A friendly and hard working dog, although sometimes a little hectic. Unfortunately he got some problems with his wrists. He is still training and running with the others, but his days as a working dog might be counted.
Because of his wrists problem Bilbo cannot run tours anymore. We are happy to announce that he has found a loving home.

Bonni
Teamdog
Born: 2011
Female
A small little powerball! She can be a little shy and careful, when situations and stress surprise her, but nevertheless a friendly hard working sleddog. Her best buddy is her kennel mate Fox. Sister of Barney, Bilbo, Boris, Borka, Bronco and Becky
Sponosr: Peter Prochazka

Boris
Teamdog
Born: 2011
Male
Probably the noiciest of that whole litter! He constantly wants to be with people and really loves his cuddles, but standing still and not doing anything, seems to be an impossible task for him. Brother of Barney, Bilbo, Bronco, Becky, Bonni and Borka.
Sponsor: Susanna Hiss

Borka
Teamdog
Born: 2011
Male
Quite a sensitive guy. Probably the calmest of his siblings. At first he normally is quite careful with strangers, but once he gets to know you, he is really sweet and likes your attention. Brother of Barney, Bilbo, Bronco, Becky, Bonni and Boris.
Sponsor: Anja Derksen
Sponsor: Sally Harris

Camo
Linda's Leaddog
Born: 2011
Male
He always sees which way the wind blows first, but when you have conquered his heart he is a big teddy bear. In the freerun he prefers to be on his own, but a very nice and reliable leader. Brother of Carlos, Cella, Cisko and Clara.
Sponsor: Sibylle and Dietmar Mutschler

Carlos
Daniela's Leaddog
Born: 2011
Male
An awesome looking and very good lead dog, but a little shy with people he doesn`t know. He really needs his time to trust a person, but afterwards he is the best buddy someone can have! He loves deep snow and water, but struggles with warm temperatures.
Sponsor: Sarah Boschetti

Coca
Teamdog
Born: 2016
Female
This happy girl often thinks she is still a puppy. She sometimes has too much energy, not only for people, but also for her kennel mates! Coca is a hard working dog, even if she is not only interested in running, but also in everything happening around her.
Sponsor: Frank Lüthe

Debby
Teamdog
Born: 2014
Female
Debby is the daughter of Zora, and really got her gentle behavior, unless you put her in the team! Then she is barking and jumping like there's no tommorow. About a year old, she escaped and ran away, together with her sister Dana. Debby found her way back, but Dana is missing since then.

Emil
Teamdog
Born: 2014
Male
Emil is a fluffy, grey fur ball and as a puppy has been the biggest crowed catcher we ever had. He likes to have endless conversations with you, is very fond of people and loves his cuddles. This active guy makes a perfect match with Hannah. Just his barking - it really stabbs and hurts your ear!
Sponsor: Jenny Letzner

Fox
Teamdog
Born: 2014
Male
With the colour of a fox his name suits him perfectly well and together with his brother Shy he joined the kennel in 2016. He is a rather unobtrusive dog, hardly ever drawing your attention to him, but always doing his job! He is very friendly with all other dogs, just a little shy with strangers.

Freya
Evy's Leaddog
Born: 2014
Female
One of the best leader dogs we have. Freya seems to step up to her mother Aika and father Morris, two of our former main leaders. She doesn`t like to be in the middle of everything, but as soon as you harness her, she really shows what is in her.

Ganya
Teamdog/Leaddog
Born: 2015
Female
Ganya is the sister of Gimli,Greta, and Gia.She is by far the calmest of the litter and likes to be on her own. She always seems to ignore her surroundings totally, but when it comes to running she is there.100%. Also great leader potential.
Sponsor: Tobias Spägele

Gimli
Mathieu's Leaddog
Born: 2015
Male
Gimli loves people and he loves to get pet! He loves to run and to play with other dogs. He pretty much loves all the things of his life as a sleddog! The only things he doesn’t like are cutting nails and beef, because of his allergy. That is why this guy is feed with chicken sausages in winter.
Sponsor: Elena Behrendt
Sponsor: Sabrina and Simon Endres

Greta
Teamdog
Born: 2015
Female
Greta is a good-natured female and as a sled dog she has an incredible amount of energy, which makes her the cheerleeder in the team. Her best friend is her sister Gia, with whom she even shares the dog house to sleep in. Unfortunately, both of them like to gang up on other dogs, now and then.
Sponsor: Dries Taghon

Hanna
Teamdog
Born: 2016
Female
Maybe small in posture, but big in presence! She is in general a very active and restless dog in the kennel, but calm when she is around people. During freerun time she would follow you everywere, not paying much attention to the other dogs. Sister of Hilma, Heiki, Helly and Hilti.
Sponsor: José Muñoz

Heiki
Teamdog
Born: 2016
Male
A true machine when working in front of the sled - he just wants to run. He has the tendency to be a little over-exited in the team and during freerun time you need to keep an eye on him, so he does not get into trouble with other males. He is very friendly, but quite ignorant, too.
Sponsor: Konrad Melcher

Helly
Linda's Leaddog
Born: 2016
Male
One happy people lover. Unlike his brother Heiki, he loves to be and work together with you. A hardworking dog like his brother Heiki, with talent for the lead position. His working attitude is highly appriciated, as it motivates the whole team and as a leader he sets a nice pace!
Sponsor: Kat van den Broek

Hilma
Teamdog
Born: 2016
Female
Yin and Yang together with her mother Aila. Hilma is not afraid of the deep snow and jumps in it every second she gets the chance to, often appearing with a snow-covered face. During freerun time you need to keep an eye on her, as she loves to escape and go to do her own thing.

Hilti
Teamdog
Born: 2016
Male
He really was a handfull as a puppy and in the training as young dog. He ripped everything apart, that was within reach, but after a while he calmed down and is now one of our most reliable teamdogs. Best buddy with his son Joshi, who is doing everything together with.
Sponsor: Sabine and Klaus Wolter

Inuk
Jan's Leaddog
Born: 2017
Male
When it comes to work potential, he is the most promising of his litter. Already after one season of running as a yearling, he really showed his leader potential. He is a realy calm dog, but has problems to tolerate insecure behaviour around him Therefor mostly running in the guides team.
Sponsor: Mark Jenkins

Isak
Teamdog
Born: 2013
Male
Excellent wheeldog, but pretty much good in every position. While living together with his brother Simon, better not to put them together in a team as their enthusiasm will only amplify each other's excitement, resulting in two over-aroused dogs giving the sled a rocket launch.
Sponsor: Die Mielzi's

Ivo
Teamdog
Born: 2017
Male
Brother to Ida and Inuk. Ivo and his brother really look like twins, and even for us it is sometimes difficult to tell them apart. Extremly hard worker, but doesn`t seem to enjoy running in lead as much as his brother Inuk. As he never causes any problems, he is the least noticable one in the litter.

Jojo
Teamdog
Born: 2018
Male
A really friendly and cute young dog, which we took into leader training this year. Just not sure though if he is still to exicetd to focus or if the lead position is not made for him. He can be a bit bossy with other males, but with his new kennel mate Leo he gets along very well and even shared the doghouse with him.
Sponsor: Patrick Höfer

Jolie
Teamdog
Born: 2018
Female
A true athlete! This muscular lady runs in front of the sled with great focus, speed and a beautiful pace. In summer, her favourite activity is chasing the water that comes out of the garden hose. She is a rather exited dog, lives together with her mom Frida and both of them are rather inseparable.

Joshi
Teamdog / Leaddog
Born: 2018
Male
Joshi is by far the calmest of all his siblings. Already as a puppy he was always sleeping somewhere, when all the others were playing. But that never stopped him of being a superb worker and a really friendly dog. This year we started to train im in lead position and so far he is quite promising.

Juno
Teamdog
Born: 2018
Female
Juno is a little like her sister Jenna. She just has to decide for herself when it`s time to cuddle and when its time to run around and look for some other stuff to do. Although small in size, she is a very good sleddog, with a great pace and a lot of enthusiasm. Quiddi, her kennel mate, is her big idol.
Sponsor: Justus Vitt

Kira
Teamdog
Born: 2018
Female
This small, strong girl runs the best in the team with her mother Becky. Both of them seem to be inseparable, in the kennel, in the freerun or in the team! She is a great worker, but very noisy, with a terrible voice! We hope, that she will soon show the same potential as her dad Akki for the lead position.
Sponsor: Jennifer Prockl

Kuosko
Teamdog
Born: 2018
Male
This boy has a lot of monkey tricks, but is always focused in the team. He loves his job, but still has problems to be patient in the occasional breaks. He makes it clear to you with his terrible voice, that he would rather continue running. Time will show if he inherited his dad´s (Akki) leader skills.

Leipo
Teamdog
Born: 2019
Male
The quietest male of the litter. Together with his sibblings (Lina, LUna, Leo, Loomis and Louis), he has just started on the job this autumn. So far, he is doing a great job and seems to be the least nervous one. During freerun time, when things get too wild, he likes to hide between your legs.

Leo
Teamdog
Born: 2019
Male
He has also just started his running career in frnt of the quadbike this autumn. He is a good looking, fluffy, big male, best friend with his kennel mate Jojo. Towards people he is a little ignorant, giving you the feeling you always have to repeat yourself.
Sponosr: Anna Selina Langer

Lui
Teamdog
Born: 2019
Male
A very promising sleddog, calm and hooked on the job. As his sibblings, the upcoming winter will be his first season and he as well is still a little nervous about all the exitment in the start. So far it seems, that he and his brother Loomis will make a perfect team.
Sponsor: Carsten Harbert

Luna
Teamdog
Born: 2019
Female
A very good pair with her sister Lina, but much calmer and more interested in people. She has just started her running carrer this autumn and so far her training is going very well. She still needs to learn to be more quiet in the team, as her voice is one of the worst we have heard.

Maja
Teamdog
Born: 2016
Female
The only Siberian husky in the pack. She likes to give a lot of kisses and she is very keen on it. Her next favourite thing to do is, to excape whenever it is possible and as a true Sibirian, she then does not care about you anymore. The neighbours dogs and cats are way more interesting!

Mila
Teamdog
Born: 2019
Female
A girl with the looks! She totaly adores her foster daddy Eric and lives together with him and her sister Mimmi in the kennel. It is impossible to separate them, without risking destroyed kennels. She has been very promising in the first trainings, so we are looking forward to her first season.

Mimi
Teamdog
Born: 2019
Female
Mimi is a very good looking young female. She and her sister Mila like to gang up on other young dogs in the freerun, but adore the older ones. She also just started running this autumn and at first she was the most difficult one to get to go in the team, but by now she is doing a great job.

Momo
Teamdog
Born: 2019
Female
Although very promising in the first trainings, Momo hasn’t decided yet what she prefers more - to work as a sleddog or to be a pet. In her opinion it can be both. She lives together with her aunt Coca and Coca is also her big idol. She follows her everywhere and copies her behaviour.

Nallo
Teamdog
Born: 2017
Female
Nallo and her sister Singi are so look-a-like that we many times have problems with distinguish them. Both are very friendly and reliable workers. During freerun time, Nallo loves to play wild with her sister Singi - you just see a pile of fur, dirt or snow.
Sponsor: Katrin Müller
Sponsor: Tina Klapproth

Nikka
Teamdog
Born: 2017
Female
The darker sister of Singi and Nallo - all named after places in the mountains around Kebnekaise. Just like her sisters very interested in people and greets every person on the trail, if the gets the chance. Hard worker in the team. Mother of Loomis, Louis, Leo, Leipo, Lina and Luna.
Sponsor: Ina Maria Ludwig
Sponsor: Ulrike Dobelstein-Lüthe

Quiddi
Teamdog
Born: 2015
Female
This small girl has surprised everyone. She has no husky-look at all, but is proving that even small dogs with no a husky appearance can be totally fitting the job. Very social and good natured with people, slightly bitchy with other female dogs, but a great foster mom for Juno.
Sponsor: Tessa Vandenbogaerde-Impens
Sponsor: Paulina Müller

Shy
Wheeldog
Born: 2014
Male
His name perfectly fits him - he behaves very shy. But once you get to know him, he will show you his friendly and cuddly side. Hard headed and hard worker, who joined the kennel in 2016. After having a bad accident two years ago, we were pleased to see, that he fully recovered, physically and mentally.
Sponsor: Sibylle and Dietmar Mutschler

Simon
Wheeldog
Born: 2013
Male
Simon is the one who looks the most like the huskies in the book - grey-white with blue eyes. Strong guy and an excellent wheeldog together with his brother Isak. As good as he is in the team, as bad he is in front - in lead he only rolls in the snow and doesn´t move at all.
Sponsor: Sibylle and Dietmar Mutschler

Singi
Teamdog
Born: 2017
Female
Singi and her sisters Nallo and Nikka came in our kennel when they were only one year old. Singi’s kindness, eagerness and obedience makes her always very popular among our guests. She is a good natured dog and very playful and friendly with other dogs and people.
Sponsor: Roland and Marina Hollatz

Tinja
Teamdog
Born: 2019
Female
With her fluffy snow-white appearance, she looks like a tiny ice bear. She is friendly, but sometimes a bit ignorant. She loves water, but hates to cross over a bridge. She is a good sleddog, but unfortunately not as talened as her borther Anton. She joined the kennel when she was 3 months old.
Sponsor: Nicolas Bischof and Tom Looß
